Great place for delicious quick meals with a fantastic view. We have now had two meals at the Bistro. The wait staff are friendly, well-trained and knowledgeable. The menu is varied and should have something for just about any palate. The food came out quickly and each dish was fresh, hot and delicious. From the short rib tacos to the pizzas, salads and other dishes, you can't go wrong.

Food was good, not great. Their flat bread is just a pizza. It’s not flat. Staff clearly overworked. Not their fault. They need to revamp their take out system. I waited an extra 20 minutes at the bar in line to pick up my food, which was tepid at best when I got back to my room. The ice cream for my kids was partly melted. Wouldn’t go there again.

We popped in trying to kill some time. We couldn't finish the drinks because they were very acidic however, we had the mushroom onion pizza and it truly ranks in our top 10 pizzas ever. It was pretty simple pie but had mushroom, maui onion, feta, motz and a garlic aolie for sauce. The dough was perfect. Also it's a open air restaurant and there were like 15 birds we made friends with. Mostly finch like birds who loved little nibbles of crust. It was a pretty good experience!
