Had an amazing time, our diner was phenomenal. Hidden tiger has a crunch and spice to life, and with a side of rice it really bridged the flavors together. Also the rack of lamb and scallops is amazing as well. Yum. Hats off to Devon our waiter, Devon is great super knowledgeable about the food at Nicks and the scene here in Hawaii. Cheers.

My husband and I didn’t have dinner plans set, and we happened upon Nick’s last minute. The staff was so accommodating and got us a table last minute. The food was amazing! Our catch of the day was had all the right parts seared and tender. We will definitely be coming back and give our recommendations to anyone else who is going to Maui.

Very average. Food was nothing special. Avoid their escargot and oysters. This is a poorly designed restaurant. Avoid any tables located near the bar or kitchen entry. Service was below average. They should send their staff to the Four Seasons or Mamas to grasp what high end dining really means. Unless you have money to burn: avoid. To be fair: their scallops were very good but the waiter had no idea where they originated. Very poor.
