We got take out. I got the Impossible Ravioli with Caesar Salad and Garlic bread. Everything about it was excellent. Used the bread to get almost every drop of their awesome pasta sauce. My hubby got the Pad Thai (rice noodles). We were both happy we stopped in Concord to try out Col's Kitchen. If I hadn't known it was vegan I wouldn't have guessed. I'm speaking as someone who ate at Bub's BBQ last week. Enjoyed talking with Jordan, the owner and hearing about the long lime of Vegan restaurants in this space.

Yes, this place is plant base, but everyone should should give it a try. I am dairy and gluten free. My husband can eat anything. You can imagine the balance we go through whenever we pick a place to eat. We both enjoyed our selections, the relaxing atmosphere, and hospitality. Just take a look at the photos of the food. Looks great, and tasted just as good.

We seated ourselves and received menus within a couple of minutes despite it being fairly busy on a holiday weekend. Our server was very attentive and made sure our food was prepared to our special request. As vegans we truly appreciate being able to order anything off the menu! The food was great and we particularly enjoyed the cauliflower wings.
