The location is not ADA complaint, does not really have accessible entry, and only seems to have one access. I placed an order from the L&L app waited 5 minutes then entered the store but the woman at the counter had no knowledge of the order being placed until I mentioned it. At that time it was put in. On the app it gives you a free welcome gift when your first order from the app is $10 or more. When I approached the counter to ask about the welcome gift she told me it was given on my next visit. During a call to corporate office I was informed that I should have gotten it at the time of my initial visit so I was disappointed. Food I thought was very good. Portion wise I was very pleased so if it weren't for the accessibility issue I'd definitely return to this location. But until that is corrected I will not be returning.

Got the BBQ spare rib mini. Came with two nice pieces of meat, not too fatty. Heaping serving of rice and a very big scoop of macaroni salad.

I love this location, great staff. Kalua pork plate is perfect with the rice and Mac salad. The fish sandwich is also great.
