A delicious hole in the wall spot. Highly recommend! Prices, good and fair. No surprises. Location was a bit tricky for a tourist to find but it's well situated in the middle of the island if you're driving through to the North Shore or Honolulu on the other end. Service was super welcoming and helpful when telling us about their specialties. Atmosphere was clean and welcoming. Food, this was amazing! Great flavors and all around a big hit for us as we needed something simple and quick. Definitely worth a visit if you've never been and are passing through.

I believe that there is more hype then taste

Saimin always great. Haven't had a tuna melt in forever... it was just as good as I remember from my young days. Staff is super friendly and patient.
