We ordered a whole chicken cut in eight pieces. The skin was delicious and the chicken was nice and juicy. I would definitely prefer just the chicken without the sides on my next visit. The Cajun fries were just chalked with seasoning. It wasn’t very spicy or desirable. Otherwise, it was quick and wonderfully priced. Excellent service and hospitality.

Simple food done incredibly well. The chicken is juicy and flavorful. The baked beans and coleslaw aren’t over complicated- just plain good. Their sauces were amazing as well. Go with the island teriyaki for sure. We got the Big Feast with 4 sides, two chickens and 8 sauces. It was plenty for feeding 2 adults and 3 teens. Left us with the perfect amount of leftovers for lunch the next day. The staff is also so nice and accommodating. We told them we were hungry and didn’t know what to get. The guy taking out order was so helpful and friendly and proceeded to tell us what he likes so I said to just do that. Love Maui Mikes. Can’t wait to go back!

When I am in Wahiawa, you can always find me at this location. Everything that was eaten was scrumptious. EVERYTHING had exactly the right amount of seasoning. We selected the BBQ BACON MELT and the SPICY MIKE'S MELT, as well as baked beans and Cole slaw for our meal. I really wanted some beer, hard cider, or seltzer to go with those delicious sandwiches, but they didn't serve any alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages.
