We absolutely loved our dinner here. I had the Lasagne Giovanni, and my wife had the Gnocchi with pesto sauce. Fabulous! Decent wine selection, but limited. We found what we needed, by the glass or by the bottle. We arrived for an early dinner, maybe about 4:30 or so, so it was pretty quiet at first, but it wasn't long before the place was full and a hive of activity. Wonderful atmosphere. Our waitress was attentive to our needs without hovering, which is the way we prefer.

We had a phenomenal meal here and ordered the lasagna. I have to say it was the best I ever had and our waiter named Adam was beyond professional. He definitely deserves a raise because he was very friendly, helpful and always asked if we needed any service. Too bad I live in Ohio or else I would be back weekly!

Gave Sabatino's a second chance after a disastrous first experience and was let down yet again. The service was decent at best and the food was nowhere near what you'd expect from a restaurant that claims to make everything fresh in-house. We had a 6pm dinner reservation for 2 before a concert at 7pm. We wanted the appetizer special potato cakes but even as early as 6pm on a Friday they were already out of them so we decided on calamari. The calamari appetizer was undercooked and the breading was soggy. The sauce served with it was no more than watered down marinara. 1 hour and 20 minutes later, already making us late for the concert and mere seconds before we walked out our fettuccine and lobster ravioli were served. The fettuccine was obviously done and plated long before the ravioli was ready as the sauce had cooled enough that it had thickened almost into a solid and the noodles were tough and chewy. The ravioli was nice and hot but the pasta was overcooked and although the flavor was pretty good the overcooked pasta made it unpleasant to eat. There were several empty tables so the restaurant was not even at capacity but the volume level made it impossible to carry on a conversation without asking the person directly across the table to repeat themselves. Some acoustic tiles would be a welcome addition. I believe in 2nd chances and we gave Sabatino's said chance but after 2 thoroughly disappointing dining experiences we will not be returning. If you enjoy fresh, authentic Italian food you should steer clear of Sabatino's.
