We have dined here in the past many times. We had a reservation for a special celebration at their outside dining location. I made the reservation online, called and left a voicemail to have the reservation confirmed with a callback. An employee called me back and confirmed my party of seven would have a table outside. Fantastic!
20 minutes before we leave for dinner, I received a phone call that my reservation was canceled. Evidently, they assumed finding a table for a larger group on a Saturday night during the 4th of July weekend weekend was an easy thing to do.
You see, you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them.
I called back later to talk to The manager. The phone rang and rang. I attempted to call three times. I left a voicemail. Nobody returned my call.

UPDATE - 7/5/22
The owner of the restaurant called me today. Very humble and apologetic about the internal miscommunication. I was thankful that she contacted me and that my concern wasn't swept under the rug. She showed a lot of Moxie to keep a long term customer. ;-)

The food is always amazing and the wait staff go above and beyond to accommodate. I made a reservation for 7:30 online. I called and asked if there was any way to get in sooner and they got us in right away. Our daughter loves coming here and talking with the staff. I can't give 10 stars but if I could I would!

Nice place! but the food, in particular the pizza was not good. I wanted it to be good because it was such a nice place. We had the double sausage and the margarita pizzas.

Great little gluten-friendly cauliflower pizza! Staff is very friendly and personable. Wonderful food and service.

Always start with the garlic bread! Great appetizer to share with the table. The pizza is excellent and the cauliflower crust option is also a winner. The service is consistently top notch. If you can, go on a Wednesday as they have half off bottles of wine. My only minor knock is that there aren't a ton of vegetarian options. Overall, a classy restaurant with speedy service, tasty food, and a great vibe.
