Food always taste great. If you’re ordering carry out just assume it’s 10 minutes longer than the listed time. I think the past 4 times I’ve gone for pickup it’s been late. Edit: went back. Same thing 20 mins late. Edit: went back. On time. Edit: went back. On time. Back up to 5star. They crushing

I just wanted to express my disappointment in the change to the fries, they had been battered all the previous times that we ordered, which we loved, but today they were just plain ordinary fries. Was very happy with the change to the sausage pizza with the the sausage now being crumbled all over the pizza instead of spread out clumps, it was good before but now you get sausage in every bite which makes it even better.

I wanted to try upper crust pizza because I was looking for a good authentic pizza. I placed an order for a half Philly cheese steak and half deluxe 16 inch with cheesy garlic sticks and paid $25.97. NOTHING was satisfying. NONE of the food had any flavor to it. AND there was dog fur in my cup of butter for the cheesy garlic sticks. This is the worst I’ve ever had. I would’ve been better off going to little Caesar’s and getting a 5-6 dollar pizza, or just put up with the wait for hup’s. Don’t waste your time or your money here. You’ll be just as disappointed as I am. People were nice though.
