The Buffalo Chophouse is much more than a meal it is an experience. All steaks are wet aged for 23 days. The service is impeccable, I had the absolute pleasure of having Troy wait on me the last time I was there. Things to expect are Valet Parking, amazing drinks, an extensive wine list, and some of the best steaks in Buffalo NY. With each perfectly cooked steak you get a choice of sauce and butter. It is an experience, now for that experience it costs some money, but it's worth every penny. It's a great place for a special occasion or to celebrate an event. You won't regret it.

The food was very good.. Our waiter Ruben was pleasant And attentive.. my wife's and my steaks were cooked perfectly It's a shame they don't have the lobster bisque anymore. The seafood chowder just wasn't comparable.

Any choice is the right choice, but their steak selections are out of this world. Staff are wonderfully attentive and made us feel important and cared for from the moment we arrived.
