Was over priced for the quality of the food. French fries were definitely cooked in old grease. .we wanted to sit in and eat lunch as a family and they did not let us dine in. Good Burger tho. 🙂

The food isn't too bad, and the service is usually pretty good, but tonight was the second time I've ran into an issue where they've put their "kitchen closed" sign up where the menu is. Please, put the sign at the ENTRY way. I waited in line for about 10-12 minutes just to then find out the kitchen was closed when we wanted to order food. Extremely frustrating especially when the kiddos and i were looking forward to getting some food ordered.

I purchased 3 small blizzards. I was impressed with the size. Bigger than expected. The only problem I have, when you go to these places, order 3 different blizzards & exactly how am I suppose to tell them apart? 3 different flavors?? Is it possible to get stickers on cup, write on the cup? Also if I'm going through a drive through, only 1 person in the vehicle, shouldn't your order be put in a to go carrier, 3 blizzards? I had to send back in for a carrier. I'm not bashing this DQ, I go here often. I'm just pointing out more or less customer service common sense.
