On Sunday, June 19th, my sister and I came in to the Subway in Ralston 10 minutes before close unknowingly. We took two steps into the door and the employee working at the time threw her gloves across the counter and loudly muttered “10 minutes before close”. We just left after that to not cause any problems. I don’t usually go into restaurants before they close anyway out of courtesy, but she could have handled that a lot better. It made us really uncomfortable, and was really poor customer service. We won’t be coming back.

During a time when you were super busy - the Service and Food Prep & quality of food was A+. I have visited several other Subway locations in the area and received less than favorable results. My appreciation to Management and your team!
