For father's day my wife and I had dinner at Frank's, As in the visits before the food was excellent the staff working there were extremely friendly and a bit entertaining. We always try to order a different pizza each time we visit. The Bronx pizza is so well worth the money. It is always a pleasure to visit an establishment that still adheres to customer service, in general the past two and a half years have left restaurants very lacking. rude staff wrong orders with bad interaction with staff when addressed. Not at Frank's, I believe it was the manager on our visit who asked if the food was good and if there were any issues. No one said anything negative. One table had a minor food issue but stated that no action was necessary, the manager just reduced the cost and made another pizza to make sure. WOW what a restaurant, they really want your visit to be wonderful. I truely love Frank's, thank you for what you do.

I was really pumped to try another pizza place especially one so close to home. I went in and ordered two pizzas to go and sat down. Pizzas ordered at 5:40pm. The place started to get busy which is usually a good sign ... 20 minutes went by and I was getting antsy. People were getting served who came in after me. After 45 minutes I went and asked how my pizzas were doing... the young lady looked confused as she looked at the order screen... I wondered if they had lost my order... I had hungry grandkids waiting... after a bit she turned and looked in their warmer and lo and behold there were my pizzas... the young lady was properly red faced and embarrassed... no telling how long they had been done while I waited. Oh well I thought 'stuff happens' we're only humans after all. When I got home to the hungry horde I opened the box and found there was broccoli on one of the pizzas where black olives should be. No way I was going back... I ate the broccoli pizza... it wasn't bad... the pizza was pretty good. I want to try a one of their sandwiches... but I'm just not sure...

Absolutely amazing pizza and service. Friendly stuff, large menu and easy parking! I suggest adding extra spicy sausage on top - so good! Love it! Will be back for sure. Oh and don’t forget to try those pretzel bites! Talk about hitting a spot with that beer cheese sauce! Great job guys, great location, very clean family place!
