New and clean. Food was exactly what I expected, except for the new french fries. Thinner and crispier than the ones I remember before the store was renovated. The french fries get a 2. The service and food were a 5.

Easily the worst runza I have ever been to. I order the number 2 which is a originally a runza sandwich with American cheese. I prefer Swiss. Not only have they given me the wrong cheese every single time, but they have even given me the wrong order multiple times. I don't know if they are lazy or if they don't understand. Absolutely terrible service. Can't do 0 stars... so that sucks

Good good served quickly and cleanly, and Runza ranch is incredible. This store is always working quickly and efficiently to keep lines moving, and they've been super helpful the few times I've needed to stop back after I messed up an order (again, the ranch is solid gold and if I forget to order, I'm going back). They also have great ice cream, my mom's favorite fast food variety.
