I don't know why we waited so long to try this place! Every time we've been, the service has been great, the live music is great and the food has been excellent! We really enjoyed the decor as well. If you like German food, you have to try Edelweiss. It is a bit pricey, so it's not something we frequent but is some place we go for special occasions such as birthdays or once in a while because we feel like it. If you'd like to try some authentic German food, try Edelweiss. We will definitely return. Edited on 28NOV21 - We've visited here about 5 times since this review and were there last night. Friday's and Saturday's, they have a nice lady that walks around, playing accordion. Once again, as usual, the food, service and ambiance were all wonderful. We can't say enough good about this place. Highly recommend it.

We booked the East Wing at Edelweiss for a Hail and Farewell (military dinner). They set up the wing for an initial guest count of 100 in a beautiful family-style fashion with a head table in the center, and when more people showed up, they were extremely accommodating and quickly set up more tables. They had plenty of kids' menus and high chairs available for all the little ones! The head server Vinnie was very professional, efficient, and patient, and Helga (who I believe is the manager) assured us not to stress over the extra people as it was a Thursday night so they could afford to staff us and appreciated the extra business. Overall the service, food, and space were top-notch and they made this event very special for our unit. Would definitely recommend them for future events.

What made our experience earn 5 stars was a combination of the delicious authentic food and the staff. Our waitress, Nadine, answered our many questions about the menu. She is a native of Germany and so informative and sweet. We enjoyed a variety of dishes including a shared appetizer and a delicious dessert. We are looking forward to our next trip to Edelweiss to enjoy more entrees. Excellent!
