I used to “like grilled cheese”, but it wasn’t something I would order over anything else. Today I decided to be “adventurous” (with one of the most well known comfort foods known to man) and try theirs- and this is the first one I have ever loved. I love sourdough, the soup was the perfect temperature, the cheese combinations were perfect and stayed nice the whole meal. The crust on the bread was also excellent. Their menu is huge, and they offer a wine and charcuterie event at 1500 and a beautiful dinner menu in the evening. It would take me several weeks to go through everything. It is on the pricier side, about $20-30 a person if you get a drink with you meal. But a great atmosphere, bakery selection, and more.

Visited CS for the first time and had lunch here! The patio was beautiful and the service was outstanding! The menu was incredible including the portions. My toddler had plenty of choices as well. Zoey our waitress was on her second day at the job and was amazing and the waiter helping her was phenomenal. He had great recommendations and a great attitude! We felt very taken care of. Would highly recommend this place.

Excellent food with even better service. The prices were, somewhat surprisingly, considerably more affordable than I expected. I had a lavender blueberry lemonade and the croque madame and both were outstanding. Rachel, my server, was friendly, warm, and really knowledgeable about their menu options. The cafe is just a short hop off I-25 and I will absolutely be visiting again anytime I’m down in the Springs.
