I had a brisket plate that was pretty awesome. I think the beans were the star for me and I could have made a meal out of them While the brisket and the Beans are 5 star I found that the Cole slaw was lacking a little acid and there was an slightly off putting taste to the barbecue sauce. These are just my tastes and others may disagree. I will be back to try the rest of the menu

Chef Nathan has his craft down with the hickory smoked brisket. The meat is moist and balanced with the right amount of smoke to compliment the brisket. The slaw that’s served cuts through the richness to allow for a clean finish in the mouth. I will definitely be revisiting this fine and hidden establishment for their other goods that is being served up!

Awesome!!! Delicious melt in your mouth brisket, yummy crunchy cole slaw, perfect baked beans! Love the addition of bread and butter pickles and soft bread. Really a treat!
