A food truck located by a small park. Good food, their Birria tacos are delicious, and they cook your food upon order.

I had their chicken flautas plate. So yummy!! It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The rice and beans that came with it were also really tasty. The plate also came with sides of sour cream, salsa, and guac which were all really good. I would definitely go back again!

Their birria tacos are some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. The meat is sooo good. I also ordered the chicken wings on my second trip and they were delicious too. Food I will think back on fondly. This place is rustic in a beautiful spot in Waimea with a nice park picnic table area.
