Lovely place in Scott's Addition. The vibe is modern with a touch of both industrial and country charm. Big garage doors open to the street, with other large windows that let in a ton of natural light. Outside seating that is dog friendly. Mediterranean style food with a banging brunch menu and some delicious cocktails. A tad pricey but service was on point and the food prepared perfectly. Loved everything about this place. Will definitely be back!

3 months of staying over here in Richmond I was blessed to find Pinky’s. As a native of Nashville and someone who has eaten in single and multiple Michelin star restaurants in 3 continents I have to give insane props to the owners John and Chef Steve. It may just be my subjective palate but this place has the taste. Having worked for multiple big time restaurant groups or single Chef owned concepts I cannot stress how overtly impressed overall I am with Pinky’s. Whether you order the MUST TRY chargrilled thigh sandwich, or the MUST try octopus tapas how could you possibly be unsatisfied with portion or more importantly flavor. As someone who frequents Japan this is bar none the best representative for an octopus dish my mouth has had. In the 3 months I’ve visited / worked here in Richmond / Short pump and having visited over 70 restaurants within Richmond / Short Pump this will be the only review I leave as this is without a doubt my personal favorite. I could and have been frequenting Pinky’s 2-3 times a week. This is a must try and having worked previously in restaurants for 15+ years the service behind the bar is top notch as well. Let me end with in the last 2 years I’ve visited almost 40 states via work and food is overtly important to my happiness. Go catch a smile here, whether it’s food, staff, honestly good booze selection, or upon my subjective recommendation. Cheers Richmond

I would give it 3.5 stars. Nearly took us 1 hr to receive the food and it didn’t seem busy. $18 for one skinny leg of octopus that was very burnt. Spicy marg was delicious and actually spicy. Pork chop was very dry. Would not recommend. Prosciutto sandwich was pretty good. Not too sure if I would return.
