Absolutely the best food I had in Santa Fe! I went for lunch and had a life changing BLT. Wanted to go back for dinner but didn’t want to be a weirdo twice in one day. I had dreams of BLT so I went back the next morning. 150% also amazing. It made me decide to like onions for the first time. My mom was shocked. By the way- both of the couples on either side of me said that it their first time in Santa Fe but their second time eating in the same trip because it was so great. We had fun chatting and looking at each other’s food, thinking about what we would try next time. The menu items are starred that are available in their cookbook and I can’t wait to try them all out! Great service too, thank y’all!

Wow is this place popular! People lined up down the street waiting to get in. Put your name on the waiting list and then go shopping nearby. They text when table is ready. Unique atmosphere and food. Very 'Santa Fe'. Waiter talked me into trying a dish I would never have ordered and it was incredible. Staff were friendly even though slammed and crammed into a tight space. Watched a party of four leave because there was no room for their stroller and they were frustrated. Most restaurants in old Santa Fe are tiny so be prepared.

I enjoyed lunch at this restaurant during a very busy afternoon rush. They were still able to seat us without much of a wait at a community table, but we were able to move to our own table soon afterward. I ordered a bison burger with green chili and cheese and it was delicious. Would definitely love the opportunity to return to try other menu items. Service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.
