My order: -Chips and Salsa (green and red) -Pork Tacos -Chicken Tacos Very chill atmosphere. Wonderful service. It was nice and cool in the building. The red and green salsa was great. The chicken tacos were very tasty. The only thing lacking was that the pork was dry. I had to doctor it up a whole bunch and it was still dry. Something must have been off in that batch. Gotta season it a bit more.

This was a really great surprise! We stopped in here randomly to get takeout and left super impressed. The food tasted fresh, especially the veggies, and was perfectly portioned. And it wasn't drenched in cheese (like some Mexican places like to do) so all the ingredients could shine on their own. We ate at a different spot a few nights later and wished we had just gone back to Mucho Gusto. Would definitely order there again.

Amazing place. Food is so flavorful and made using traditional methods. When my family comes to visit Santa Fe we come and eat here at least 3 times before we leave (even if it's a 3 day trip)! I highly recommend the place and parking is so abundant, just pull in through the street and the restaurant is all the way at the back right corner.
