The atmosphere and decore were the best part of this place because the food and service sure did disappoint. My partner and I went here for lunch and both had the Tortilla Soup and Chicken Sandwich. The soup came out luke warm and the chicken sandwich was on par with that of a fast food dollar menu sandwich. The chicken patty was a 1/4 inch thick dry piece of meat. There was little to no flavor and the dry chicken just sucked the moisture from your mouth. The sweet potato fries were the star of the dish. When it came to the service it was almost non existent. Once we ordered the waiter never came back around to check on us, he wasn't even the one that brought us our food. My partner finished his drink and had the empty glass sitting on the edge of the table for 15 minutes before he had to flag down our waiter to ask for another drink. There was only one other table of two in the restaurant so it's not like they were super busy trying to cater to a full dining room. This restaurant is in a "5 Star" hotel where a room will cost you $600 so you would expect 5 star service. All in all it was a big let disappointment. If you do still go, sit at the bar because the drinks were actually good and at least at the bar hopefully the bartender will take better care of you.

My husband & I went to the bar, Saturday early eve, 7/9/2022. We sat at a table & waited for service. Another table became available at the same time & another couple took that. The waitress came out, cleared the used glasses, took their order & promptly brought their order to them. We are still waiting. She left. We are still waiting. And still waiting. 10min go by, still waiting. I go to the bar, the friendly bartender informs me that the waitress will be over shortly. We wait. Another 5min go by, still waiting. It’s now raining, so are kinda stuck. The waitress finally appears, clears the table of the used glasses & plates, & takes our drink order… she comes back a few minutes later, no drinks for us. Instead she goes to another table, asks them if they want another round, leaves, returns with their refills!! She then goes to the other table that sat at the same time as us, takes their “another round” order & leaves!! We are still waiting. It’s now been 30min., we have been sitting there with no food, & no drinks…at 35min my husband walks out & I follow. The waitress walks toward me, she is confused to see my husband leaving. I tell her we have been here for 35min watching her serve everyone around us, but she’s still bewildered. She said she is ready to give us service now, & nods to the tray with drinks she’s holding, but it’s too late. We ended up at coyote cafe, which was fantastic!! Beautiful restaurant, great food, friendly & prompt service!! Exactly what you would expect a restaurant to be…service, hospitality oriented.

We ordered the gilled octopus as a starter and it was delicious. My entree of sea bass was a bit dry, but had great flavors. My husband ordered the bison and it was absolutely fantastic. We both enjoyed the margaritas and the service was friendly. We would definitely dine here again.
