My husband & I visited this restaurant 7/8 & 7/9/2022 & both times, our experience was fantastic! The first time we sat at the bar, & had drinks. The second night we ate at the chefs counter. I had the sea scallops, they were big, meaty scallops that were extremely tender. My husband had the steak, which was very tender & flavorful. The bartender recommended a few wines, & our server was on point!! The restaurant is very pretty, smells yummy, the staff is friendly, the food is terrific & the service is prompt!! We had experiences earlier that night at two other local restaurants/bars that was so poor… thank you Coyote Cafe staff & management for providing to your customers the hospitality & commitment to customer satisfaction FIRST… we truly enjoyed our time & spending our money in your establishment.

This might have been the best dining experience of my life and I’m 68. I’ve also worked in restaurants for at least 30 years. Let’s start with the atmosphere. It’s is elegant along with comfortable. The service was incredible. Nate was our server. He was knowledgeable, professional and personable. All the other service people were top quality too. The food was presented exquisitely and just the right amount. We had a nice leisurely delicious meal. (I recommend the elk tenderloin.). The owner stopped by to chat and check on us. I’ll probably spend the rest of my life trying to top this.

I'd give more than 5 stars if possible. What a wonderful dining experience! The food presentation was incredible and set you up for a taste sensation! The staff are perfection and very attentive. Shout out to Carlos who made our trip to CC a truly great evening. Can't wait to dine at CC again.
