I've traveled all over the world and the country and eaten everywhere. This is some of the most delicious food I have ever had!! There is immense flavor in every bite of every dish. More than impressed! Don't miss this place. AND my dog could sit with me on their lovely patio.

Best salsa I have ever had, and the restaurant isn’t just cute but it’s a whole experience. The outside patio was full of lively people having conversations with other tables and the servers are all very attentive and (also gorgeous!) the food was incredible. Love the pinto beans with a spicy bite. 🌶

The only reason we came to Santa Fe was because Casa Chimayo came highly recommend and it was well worth the drive to eat here. We were greeted by one of the owners who took time to explain the menu and make suggestions. Stephanie, our waitress, was patient and took great care of us throughout our visit. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was laid back, and we felt very welcomed by everyone we spoke to. This is a must stop for anyone visiting Santa Fe!
