Everything was amazing and so well done. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive and educated me on all the dishes. The chef was extremely present and kind, throughout the evening he went around and spoke to each person there multiple times. He seemed super humble and genuine. The food had flavors I had never experienced before and will never forget.

You see all the plaques on the wall when you walk in. And every one of those plaques are well deserved. We a steak that was fit for a king. An excellent Stag's Leap Cab was on par. You have to try the Symphony. And be sure to wait for the instructions from the wait staff. Truly every dish was calculated to please. Congratulations to the chef for the regional award from James Beard.

Fantastic service but the food was truly awful. We did the tasting menu with no alcohol and it came out to $400. Absolutely not worth it. The flavors and interplay of sweet and savory highlight all the worst aspects of wannabe Michelin chefs. Pretentious, confusing, and self aggrandizing. Why is a restaurant that is almost 900 miles away from the ocean serving a tasting menu that is 85% seafood? One of the dishes we tried was a "green chili" soup that tasted like Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia ice cream, only there were chunks of crab in it for some reason. My wife gagged and had to excuse herself to the restroom. Also the chocolate mole was terrible and tasted like Hershey's syrup. Hard pass on this place. You can get much better and more authentic food almost literally anywhere else.
